Who we are

Information we collect

Contact form. When you submit the Contact Us form, we collect your name, email address, and message. This is sent directly to our club email inbox via our email provider, Resend — we don't store submissions in a database.

Member portal. Club members who create a portal account provide a name, email address, and password, and may optionally add a phone number, bio, and photo to their profile. Club officers use the portal to manage members, upload event photos and videos, meeting minutes, and financial reports.

Cookies. We use one functional cookie to keep members signed in to the portal. We don't use advertising or analytics tracking cookies on this site.

How we use your information

We use the information above to respond to inquiries, operate the member portal, and run day-to-day club administration. We don't sell your information or share it with third parties for marketing purposes.

Service providers

We rely on a small number of service providers to run this site: Vercel (hosting), Supabase (member accounts, database, and file storage), and Resend (transactional email). Each processes data on our behalf and under their own privacy and security practices.

Accessing or deleting your information

Members can update their profile directly from the portal settings page. To request a copy of your information, or to have your member account and data deleted, email info@lionsclubmantra.com.

Children's privacy

This site is intended for adults involved with or interested in the club and is not directed at children.

Changes to this policy

If we make material changes to this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
